In 1995, the Singapore Public Service embarked on a movement titled ‘Public Service for the 21st Century (PS21)’. It concerns Singapore Public Service's commitment to Anticipate, Welcome and Execute change, influencing developments in order to provide Singapore with the best conditions for success.
PS21 aims to develop officers who have an attitude of total excellence. This continual pursuit of total excellence involves nurturing people and harnessing resources for a first-class public service.
The Civil Service College (CSC) is another statutory board under the Singapore Public Service Division. CSC is entrusted with the role to develop strategic and leadership capacity for the Singapore Public Service, thus providing a comprehensive suite of people and organisational development services in areas of public governance, leadership and public administration and management.
CSC programmes and services are practitioner-focused and the trainings are facilitated by highly experienced practitioners who are able to offer first-hand knowledge and experience. The College has rich experiences in providing training and consulting services in the above areas of expertise.
Whilst sharing the Singapore experience in public governance and administration, we hope to forge strong friendships and build long-term relationships with our foreign partners.
